Morgan McCutchan

Morgan McCutchan brings over 20 years of leadership in operations and technical management across the energy and industrial sectors. As Vice President of Operations, he oversees strategic execution, process optimization, and cross-functional performance to drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Prior to his current role, Morgan served as Operations Manager at Antero Resources, where he led field operations and implemented performance initiatives across upstream assets. He also held the position of Technical Manager for the North America-North Water Management Division at Baker Hughes, where he directed engineering solutions and operational strategy for large-scale water treatment systems.

Morgan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, reflecting his commitment to data-driven process improvement and operational excellence.
